o Writing assignment 1: After completing the lecture and reading assignments, write a 2-page (minimum 500 words) response to the following question.
• What are your five year and ten year goals? Include both personal and professional goals. What keeps you from realizing your Dint? Then explain what helps you realize your Dint?
o Writing assignment 2: After completing the experiential exercise 12.1 at the end of chapter 12, write a 2-page (minimum 500 words) response to the following questions:
• Do you more closely resemble Person 1 or Person 2? What kinds of power do you use most frequently? Which do you use least frequently? When do you feel you have the greatest power? When do you have the least power? How do these answers compare to what you found in Part B3?
• Discussion Questions: Post your initial responses by Wednesday 11:59 p.m. and respond to the discussion of others by Saturday 11:59 p.m. (250 word minimum)
Identify a recent news article about an executive leader who has received accolades or criticism. Briefly summarize the article and share your perspective as to this leader’s strengths and weaknesses. Based on Philippians 4:10-20, does this leader demonstrate Christian values in his or her actions? Explain.

In other words, what specialized tasks have to be performed, and how is labor divided at General Motors? Also, how does General Motors integrate the work of these different units? Based on what you have learned in the chapters, would you say General Motors has an effective structure? Why or why not?
