You need to discuss that and find solutions(such as employers offering annual checkups, prescription coverage, chronic condition management, mental health coverage...etc) then you need to find benefits and advantages of your solutions to the healthcare system as well as challenges and disadvantages, and then meaning for healthcare delivery system, health care organization and you as a healthcare admin.
