For example, some of these agencies may train first responders in the handling of pandemic outbreaks i.e., Ebola. What do you see as specific roles for these public agencies and private organizations? • Question 2: Include at least three of the seven components of private-sector risk mitigation and preparedness (1. Emergency communication, 2. Emergency Management Assistance Compacts/ Mutual Aid, 3. All-hazard planning, 4. Federalization of the National Guard, 5. Intragovernmental collaboration and communication, 6. Full funding of federal mandates, 7. Immigration/boarder security) as outlined by Bullock et al., • Question 3: Provide a title for your plan.
