Instruction
Project charter should contain the following elements of the project: purpose, objectives, overview, schedules, resources, personnel, risk management plans, and evaluation methods. In general, the charter will include brief description of project idea, why it is important, the benefits of the project, the potential issues the project may face, etc. The project charter provides the key conditions and parameters that are the framework in developing a detailed plan. Once the final project plan is developed, the charter can act as an “abstract” of the plan.
Of the elements above, i will post which ones you need to do:
Schedules: –Summary of schedules and milestones –Work breakdown structure (WBS) –Time to complete each task.
Resources: –(Preliminary) Project budget • Estimates of project expenses (capital & operating) • Costs associated with each task • Overhead and fixed charges • Appropriate account numbers –Cost monitoring and control procedures.
Personnel: –Stakeholders, sponsor, project manager, and some team members –Special skill requirements and necessary training –Special legal arrangements • Security clearance or non-disclosure agreements.

PLEASE BE VERY SPECIFIC in each element (time of start to finish, costs, risks, all the people involved, etc.)
