The guidelines along with an example are in the document and the data that needs to be worked with is also in this document. You need to calculate the diversity parameters for three habitats. The diversity parameters are
H or Shannon Diversity Index
S or Species Richness
EH or Shannon's Equitability (also called Relative Abundance)
eSDI or exponent of SDI - tells us how many species dominate our sample
