I need a paper about diversity in human resources management that is minimum of 1500 words. needs 4 sites that the minimum. I put some of the instructions for the paper in the instructions below.

Citing of sources. This is writing a research paper. You are required to use and cite at least two sources outside the textbook, but you must cite anything you do use (for textbook, just a simple Fundamentals of HRM, Chapter x will do). Put your citations in-text in parenthesis, then include a reference list at the end of the paper. I am not very picky about the formats of your citations, but I need to be able to know which reference you are citing in-text, and all information needed to be able to find the reference. For websites, include the url and the last time you visited the page. As you are doing research for this project, make sure you bookmark or otherwise track where you get your information. The internet has made it very easy for professors to figure out whether research papers contain existing content from anywhere... anywhere. I would guess that you could use the same tools on your final paper to identify which parts of your paper come from which sources. Quality of writing. I suggest that you have others proof read your paper. I will provide writing feedback if you hand in a draft to me. Also, try Paperrater.com for both writing feedback and plagiarism detection, and grammarly.com for writing feedback. See the grading rubric below. Length. You should write a minimum of 1500 words, not counting the reference list or any tables, charts, etc. that you might include. This is not a rule, but a guideline. If your writing demonstrates that you have done good research, your paper is well-organized and well-written, but you only have 1400 words written, there is no need to fluff out those last hundred words.
