. You will be taken to an “assignment submission” page, where you may either “write
submission” (where can cut and paste your essay) or attach a file. The file must be in one of the f

Do not use outside sources
. The only sources you need are the materials from the class

If you quote any of these sources (or any other source), you have to cite it. I do not recommend
quoting much in an assignment this short. Since you should be only using these sources then it is
adequate to give a parenthetical citation at the end of the sentence, although you may use MLA,
APA, or any other style. Here is a fake example.

I do not recommend using internet sources of any sort. But if you do look at any and you
“paraphrase” any of them, it is better that you note that in a citation/footnote. Otherwise it will
appear as plagiarism.

The word count of a single page is approximately 325 to 350 words. When I say write 1 page, I
mean write minimally 325 to 350 words. You must do a word count to make sure you have the
right number of words.
