  • it ok but it still needs improvement this is what he said: * Under the purpose I would also note that the policy is in place to extend the useful life your assets and ensure that they are well presented for your customers. You seem to have the purpose listed in two separate paragraphs after each other.(1 & 2). Is section 2 the actual policy or step by step instructions? For the policy you could perhaps break it down into daily instructions, monthly, yearly etc. Perhaps include a checklist of what needs to be checked and completed. Note what has been done and file them in the asset register so the information is stored in the central database. * Under responsibilities I would include the wait staff who are responsible for cleaning the tables to log any maintenance issues so they can be rectified and perhaps the Restaurant Manager who would oversee the policy. If you have a maintenance team they would also have some sort of responsibility. * The frequency of the policy relates to how often it is implemented and not how often the policy is reviewed.
