Instruction
The paper should:
1. Identify a problem, challenge, or need related to domestic or global health policy;
2. Discuss its significance and impact or stakeholders ( e.g. patients, nursing practice);
3. Critically examine relevant literature;
4. Summarize policy options/alternative;
5. Provide evidence-based policy recommendations and reasoning;
6. Use the ebook, Electronic Health Record-Document Properly-Avoid Litigation as a base of information.
Page limit: 5 pages (note including, title page or references). Literature must be cited using APA format.
Introduction should engage the reader. Clearly describe the issue, background information and purpose of the paper.
Describe the magnitude of the problem with statistics to support. Organize your analysis and research
showing literature supporting your findings
Discuss the history of the health issue or policy
Determine who the key stakeholders are and their position on the issue.
Examine the impact of the policy that the issue currently has on nursing practice/advance practice nursing ) and the role of the government
particular to it’s incentives, if any. Finally, explain pros and cons of global outcomes based on current standards and practice related to the ERH and the problem you identified.
Summarize your plan of action that you would implement to address the policy issue, explain why.
Global or domestic evidence based. Why?
Conclusion. Clearly summarize your policy issue with connections, relationships and analysis of policy issues.
