Instruction
Strategic Plan: Part 1 In this first part of the final strategic plan development assignment, you will work on some of the introductory activities related to plan development that we have discussed throughout the course. You should think about an organization that you are interested in and how a strategic planning effort could affect certain organization areas and how it could effectively be implemented. You cannot use the same organization that you used for Units III and IV, and you must use a public sector or nonprofit organization. During this portion of the process, your submission, which should be at least two pages in length, should include the following components: an identification of the organization selected and the particular policy or department/area that the plan will be developed for, an explanation for why the particular area or policy deserves strategic plan attention, challenges that could arise throughout the strategic planning process, and a primary, APA-formatted list of no fewer than eight resources (at least four of which must be peer-reviewed) that will be incorporated into this and future portions of the plan development series. This list is in addition to the sources that you will use for this specific portion of the project. As such, please include two lists: one that only includes sources used in this unit’s assignment and a second one that includes the sources that you plan to use for Units VI, VII, and VIII. Be sure to select an organization that you are interested in completing the entire three-part project for, and pay close attention to comments and suggestions from the professor left after each submitted portion is returned to you. Each new portion will build off of the previous one.

  • you did not have 8 sources
    User_17333 | Mar 05, 2019, 21:52 PM
  • This is what the prof. said: With this paper, you actually do a pretty good job of discussing the organization and area of focus and think you can proceed forward with confidence. However, I would have liked for the challenges area to have been expanded upon in detail as well as for the requisite primary list of 8 sources (4 being scholarly) to have been included (be sure that you are able to locate these moving forward). Also, please be sure that references are properly formatted and that they match up with each other.
    User_17333 | Mar 05, 2019, 21:56 PM
  • Are you going to do the second part and correct the changes as stated above in the second paper.

    funwriter | Mar 06, 2019, 17:30 PM
  • you did not put the 8 sources in the paper. It needs 8 sources and 4 of them is peer-review from the school library. You did not use the peer review I had to give them to you.
    User_17333 | Mar 06, 2019, 22:20 PM

  • You never provided the them. Please provide I add. Thanks
    funwriter | Mar 06, 2019, 22:58 PM
  • I had to have the topic first. I told you to give me the topic and when you gave me the topic you post the assignment 10 min later. so I did not have a chance to give you the 4 other resources. But it will be on the next paper.
    User_17333 | Mar 07, 2019, 19:40 PM
