FINAL PROJECT For this assignment, you will design a graphic which will represent your organization's current culture and then a graphic which will represent your desired culture. You will include elements you see as key to the transformation from current culture to desired culture.

Instruction
Based on what you have learned about yourself as a leader and your current corporate culture, design another graphic that shows what you envision the corporate culture could be. Then along with your first graphic on the current corporate culture show the resources (people, finances, policies, corporate support, etc.) that would be necessary to move the company in a new direction such as what occurred at Zappos or some of the other companies you have investigated. When we ask for a graphic, this means that you will provide a product that includes pictures or other visual elements. The idea is to distill your current and desired cultures into one visual product that will convey your message. These graphics may include words to help the viewer navigate the graphic. You should decide on your own graphic style that best depicts the change you want to make and the resources you will need to make that change. If you are unsure how to make a graphic - feel free to use PowerPoint. If you use PowerPoint - there should be no more than 2 slides to depict your current and desired cultures. Preference is for only one slide with both graphics side-by-side. Upload Your graphics below in one file.
