Most particularly if you were to be the one in charge and providing your strategic management and marketing insights and decisions what areas of emphasis would you concentrate on and why. Explain why/why not you feel the business is viable by reviewing pertinent portions of the business plan, the handout What Entrepreneurs must know, and the attached templates for reference. Also tie in one element you have learned so far in the book reviews we have completed or your own book review to explain relevant items learned that can apply to this case.
