Rewrite the paper by using the new information given. Don't want to talk about risk and resilience anymore just change it to the duties and tasks explained in the instructions bellow Keep intro as is or if you want to add more that's fine. 9-10 pages are good

I am doing my internship at 2nd home adult daycare. my duties are to make and accept phone calls. I did call Colorado access to check if on some specific patients are approved to work at the daycare or not. each patient has a pile, so all the information goes in there. I organize patients and employees’ files alphabetically and sort them where they belong to in the drawers. we just switched the process from doing the time sheets for the employees to have them do it and submit it each week. I am training them on how to do that until everyone can do their own time sheets. I must check if their time sheets are missing any signatures or any missing information and have to give it back to fill it and return it to be able to get their check. Once they finish all the required information they can sign and take their check. I translate from English to Arabic between patient who can’t communicate in English. I make phone calls to all employees to come get their missing information paper and to be trained on the new time sheet process. I also call them to remind them about their 90 days visit from the facility nurse or assistant and to schedule an appointment if they wanted to reschedule. All these given duties information can be used under objectives. It’s all going to be at second home adult daycare I work under one healthcare administrative and the owner of the place. To make changes to the written paper, you can keep the introduction as is or if you want to add more that’s fine. There is no need for the budget table as my duties don’t request a budget set. My project is to focus on training all employees until they all know how to make their own time sheet and submit it on time. Making sure the applied patients are approved, have a working health insurance that allows them to attend the facility, no missing information of the patients and the employees needed and maintain their 90 days visit. Organizing files, making phone calls to caregivers to make sure their address, phone number didn’t change and if changed I take the new information and attach to their file.
