Write a 3-4 page, double-spaced research analysis to lessen the violence of Fanon’s politics by discovering oversights in his “Concerning Violence” chapter that allow for one of the following 3 peace models to be possible: 1. Weiss and David Lewin, “Models of Conflict, Negotiation and Third Party Intervention: A Review and Synthesis,” Journal of Organizational Behavior, Vol. 13, No. 3, Special Issue: Conflict and Negotiation in Organizations: Historical and Contemporary Perspectives (May, 1992), pp.209-252 2. Less violence through Non-violence Example: Lewis Lipsitz and Herbert M. Kritzer. 1975. “Unconventional approaches to conflict resolution: Erikson and Sharp on nonviolence.” Journal of Conflict Resolution 19 (4), (1975): 713-733. Or 3. Less violence through Government Reforms Example: Clark Gibson and Tomas Koontz, “When ‘Community’ is not enough: Institutions and values in community-based forest management in southern Indiana.” Human Ecology 26(4) (1998): 621-647. Instructions: Be sure to a) reference a quote from Fanon at least twice per page, b) to include any other two references, and c) to suggest why your peace model will work rather than the other two. Figure out the answer first before writing final draft of paper.
