Instruction
1) Training Outline - your outline must be formatted exactly as the example attached. In fact, you can download it, delete the example information and type in your information. Your information should (a) cover your topic thoroughly (b) provide accurate information (c) cite where your obtained your information with APA style citations at the end of the outline (d) include spaces for periodic questions from the trainees, practical exercises as needed, and breaks (e) trainer reminders and hints on the right hand side. In essence, it should be complete enough for anyone in class to take the Training Outline and do the training themselves.
2) PowerPoint - develop PowerPoint slides by which to conduct your training. Your PowerPoint presentation must be in .pptx or .ptx PowerPoint format depending on the PowerPoint version you are using; not in PDF format. Your PowerPoint slides should (a) cover all aspects of the topic included in the Training Outline. (b) Under each PowerPoint slide is "Click to Add Notes." This is where you will type VERBATIM what you will tell the trainees while the slide is showing. (c) Make the slides professional and interesting to look at.
3) Trainee Assessment form - develop a test to assess the knowledge, skill, or ability being trained.(Example attached)
4) Trainer Evaluation form - create an evaluation of you and the training for the trainees to complete. Typically these are liker scales, 1 - 5 range, on the trainers presentation and content and its usefulness to their job. (Example attached)
