You run the driver’s information and learn there are no outstanding warrants for either, but they have both been arrested before for drug offenses. They are in the vicinity of a local high school. You have a hunch that they may be transporting drugs but have no real evidence to support that. There has been a very big problem in your city with heroin being sold to teenagers. •What will your actions be? •Let us assume you order them out of the vehicle, search it, and find drugs. What happens then? •What are the consequences of your actions, regardless of the steps you take? •What are the greater and lesser evils of your actions?
