*Develop three strategic objectives for each of the four balanced scorecard areas using the Balanced Scorecard Template Below. . . *Ensure the objectives are expressed in full sentences. As an example, "Increase sales by 3% within 1 year". . *Measures refer to the activities that will provide managers with quantitative and/or qualitative data for measurements. In the example above, sale volumes or monthly revenues can be used to determine if sales have increased by 3%. . *The final part of the template, targets, is what the organization wants to achieve. In my example, the target is 3%. Because this will make things repetetive in this template, you can leave out the metric part from the actual objective statement if you want to.
