You will need to find a case study that is certified like ( Energy star, Water Sense EPA, FSC, Cradle to Cradle, Green Seal, Green Guard, LEED, International Living Future Institute, Living Building Challenge, Net Zero, PHIUS, WELL). 3. Provide clear discussions, pros, and cons, and be sure to relate your analysis to the course material (Green Building, Building Energy Usage, Building Water Usage, Indoor Air Quality, Building Envelopes, Sustainable Materials, Certification of Sustainability, Technology for Building Design and Operation, Biomimicry). 4. If something is missing from the case study, discuss how it could/should be applied or included in the project. 5. Many of the case studies will be missing an aspect or two of the course and this is ok, as long as you identify it and provide a discussion about it.
