I am looking for someone to do a correlation study oh how African American individuals or more genetically likely to suffer from an addiction such as alcohol, cigarettes, etc. You're not expected to complete the study but to follow the rubrics describing why this study is important. describe how you would research this information, such as archival research. Explain why you choose archivally and any ethical issues. Please point out the variable and the dependent variable. Please follow the rubrics as follow. I would like to mention that Addiction has now been deemed a disease, therefore, it is not to far fetched to believe that certain ethnic groups may be affected more then other. This study is important because America currently has an epidemic with opioids, however current treatment is through medication and counseling. This treatment is considered reactive in nature. By understanding one genetic makeup treatment can be more effective personalized treatment; even preventive.
