Instruction
Part One
Take the Real Age test (about one hour) provided in the Study Materials. The website has been created by a physician who was able to take all of the known health risk factors and create an interesting questionnaire that tells subjects their “real ages.” Some people turn out to be younger than their chronological ages; others turn out to be older. The good part is that the questionnaire tells subjects how to improve results if they are not happy with their real ages. Share your thoughts. You do not have to share your age difference if you don’t wish to share it. You can comment on, perhaps, something that surprised you or something you learned about yourself.
Note: The Real Age site will continue you send you information weekly by e-mail. If you are not interested, you can unsubscribe from the emails.
Part Two
Steven G. Pratt and Kathy Matthews, authors of Super Foods Rx: Fourteen Foods That Will Change Your Life, state that there are 14 foods that have superpowers when it comes to keeping us healthy, improving our well-being, and helping us to live longer, provided we do our part by eating them regularly.

Part 3
First, take the Self-Check quiz, How Fast Is Our Food? (https://www.sharecare.com/static/realage), which demonstrates how fast-food restaurants have profoundly changed the diet of most Americans. Comment in the discussion with your thoughts.
Now, go to the American Diabetes Association website for a more specific assessment of three major diseases affecting women and the site’s assessments or self quizzes. Also, look at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute website for health risks in women. Can you find any other quiz or assessments that give you information on the major diseases affecting women or any site that gives you a specific look at your health behaviors and how they may or may not lead to health problems? Share this information in the discussion forum.
