Complete finalized plan to conclude the project that the grant proposal is intended for, including cessation and/or integration. Grading rubric, proposal budget, and proposal statement are attached. Please read the grant in question, proposal statement, and proposal budget before writing this plan for concluding the proposed project. This assignment will be graded according to the following criteria and percentage assignment: 1. Writing Quality-includes mechanics and organizations. 2. Conceptual Quality- involves logic and coherence with particular reference to the topic that provides the basis for discussion. 3. Relevance to Task - clearly defines the purpose,well documented, and on target clearly dealing with the topic under discussion. 4. Financial reporting and analysis. 5. Budget preparation and analysis. 6. Fit between funding source interests and proposal 7. Logical consistency between: a. Need and objectives,work plan and resource requirements, b. Evaluation and objectives, c. Dissemination and objectives (or goal). 8. Tailored to target sponsor’s guidelines. 9. Creativity in concept, approach and presentation. 10. Attractive and easy to read format.
