Two paragraphs for Levers of Oppression and two paragraphs for Faces of Oppression. Which Lever(s) and Faces of Oppression are you addressing/fighting? How is your organization challenging lever(s) of oppression? How are they impacting people in the community? Provide real life examples of what oppression looks like in everyday life. The Levers of Oppression are : White Supremacy/Racism Patriarchy/Sexism/Homophobia Capitalism/Poverty Colonialism/Imperialism The 5 Faces of Oppression are : Exploitation Marginalization Culture of Silence Cultural Imperialism Violence Also, write One page about the lever(s) of oppression of capitalism, and white supremacy that immigrants Rights movement is challenging. The lever and the issues that immigrants Rights movement is seeking to alter should be described. Provide context around that lever to tie the work of the movement to larger societal problems. Paraphrase and cite your sources in APA. Do not quote.
