  • You did not complete Queue.java or StudentTest.java. This is highlighted in the writeup several times. Remember I told you before I assigned you that you would have to create a separate test file that provides 100% coverage (that means you should write tests that test every aspect of every method). The tests provided to you in GenericTest are just basic tests, I specified that you would have to write your own additional tests.

  • I see that you have imported Queue inside BinarySearchTree.java. The writeup states you cannot do that. You must implement the Queue on your own (as provided in Queue.java) and use that in BinarySearchTree.java

  • Its just changing the way are Inserting into the List of cities but the .txt file they gave has cities sorted in that order. To create a Balanced BST the Array of items has to be in sorted in a given order

Could you quickly update the parts in the code that assume it is in ascending order so that it assumes it is in descending order?   • I uploaded a picture. Where it says Here I assume the population is arranged in ascending order. It should be descending order for the cities and population. I think you might have made this assumption in another method as well.

  • Sorry, I think I made a mistake while explaining this. You only have to change the second constructor: public BinarySearchTree(String filename, int num_lines) and its helper method. For this method, you assume the population in the file (input.txt) is in descending order.
