Briefly explain their reasoning. 4.Has the Supreme Court had a similar case before? If yes, briefly explain the case and its outcome. 5.What is the potential impact of either a pro or con decision? Who might be most affected by this ruling? 6.Do you agree with the ruling in this case? Why or why not? Response to the above in 2000 words and in APA format
