The main benefits of the system would be a reduction in human resources personal and more accurate information. For example, if an employee, student, or customer had a new telephone number or email address, he or shee would be responsible for entering the data in the new system. The new system would also allow employees to change their tax witholdings or pension plan contributions. Identify five potential risks for this new project, and be sure to list some negative and positive risks. Provide a detailed description of each risk and propose strategies for addressing each risk. Compile all of your answers into one document, to include a Title page, at least two full pages of text in the body of your document, and a References page. Use the APA Style Paper. Do not retype each discussion or exercise question; label each section of your document with the item from the list above. For example, your first section would be labeled: Chapter 10 discussion question #3. Use proper APA style and your writing should be original. Include one reference from Google Scholar and one reference from one of the HCC online databases, as well as a reference to our class textbook.
