Purpose: You should be able to incorporate the diverse reasons why people migrate beyond a simple explanation of wage differentials in discussing the reasons that influence people’s decision to migrate.
Instructions: Craft a one page essay addressing social and economic patterns in both the host and sending countries that influence international migration. Draw upon the readings this week to relate the complex reasons that underlie the decision to migrate.
