  • Ok, I will do so, also note that the key of this assignment is to follow the steps and answering questions comprehensively on both the report and excel sheet. The previous expert was not following these guides, I have included my comments I did send to the previous expert which may help you of understanding my expectations. The other problem with the previous expert was that he only selected three stocks just to answer the assignment but he was also supposed to analyze extra 2 stocks for comparison and competition. He also used wrong graphs, the steps were clearly saying use Capital Allocation Line but he was using but he used Security Market Line. The lecturer notes demonstrating the whole assignment, please pay more attention to lecturer notes for week 3_10N.pdf, check I have now uploaded file number 11 to 14 for the solution and comments

  • Note: very important: for step 11 excel calculation of Optimal risk portfolio weights use both methods, the equation method and the software method 1- The equation method: type the long equation into excel, the equation is on page 12 of week 3_10N.pdf 2- Using the software function, its easy to make mistakes with typing the long equation but you can use the software function to check your answer

  • Hi, I have gone through the report but did not see any changes applied as per comments I send you, ref “Assignemt Comments.docx” those were my comments which the previous expert did not apply. You have made good expansion but did not make any changes to address the following comments I send in the “Assignemt Comments.docx”. The report is about answering questions 1 to 5 in the assignment require pdf and each question has marks indicated and the total is 58. All you need to do is (1)read my comments for the report (2) read questions 1 to 5 (3) read the report to find out what is missing, the marks are there to guide (4) add APA citation (5) APA complete reference list. Remember the report is the summary of the Excel calculations, so if you haven’t completed correcting the excel then you may not be able to answer some questions of 1 to 5. The key is look at question 1 to 5 that they are comprehensively answered to your best based on the excel sheet information

  • Hi, Also noticed the calculations in excel sheet under "Optimal Portfolio" tab/sheet, could please watch the video and make appropriate correction, two methods have to be used to calculate the weights( solver function in excel and the long equation formula), see example of image file 15 attached from the video demonstration or you can watch the video for yourself for more details

  • Hi, sorry its me again, it looks there are quite a number corrections need in the excel sheet especially on the optimal risky portfolio and complete portfolio, could you please take time to make corrections on the excel sheets because any wrong calculation at any sheet lead to wrong answers in the other sheets, I have also noticed that sharp ratio is different between optimal risky portfolio and complete portfolio. sharp ratio should be the same between the two portfolios. Both of the optimal risky portfolio and complete portfolio are lying on the same CAL as your complete portfolio consists of your optimal risky portfolio and risk-free asset, and the slop of CAL is equivalent to sharp ratio
