I NEED HELP WRITING MY MATH ASSIGNMENT, IF POSSIBLE I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO ACTUALLY WALK ME THROUGH WRITING IT IF NOT YOU CAN JUST DO IT

HERES MY ASSIGNMENT: Units in the real world are often more complex than just “dollars” or “feet.” Give an example of a useful or interesting measurement that requires a computation (often division). Your example may come from your job, or from a hobby or interest, or from a newspaper or magazine article. Start with a SUBJECT line at the top of your post that tells the name of your measurement. In your post, repeat the name of your measurement, describe how it is computed, and tell why and how it is used. Sports provide many examples of measurements (both simple and complex) that would be appropriate to describe in this assignment but there are many contexts with complex units. See my example post about full-time equivalent students. If your example comes from a newspaper, magazine article, or web site, include a detailed citation or link. Do not duplicate an example or use a source posted by another student. SUBJECT: Full-Time Equivalent Students (Task 1 Example) At Shoreline Community College, two methods are used to keep track of the number of students enrolled. The first method is headcount, a simple count of how many (unduplicated) students are taking any classes at all at the college. The second, and more important, measurement is FTES: full-time equivalent students. "Full-time" means different things in different contexts; here, full-time means taking fifteen credits a quarter. If Anzu takes fifteen credits, she counts as one quarterly FTES. If Zainab, Andre, and Carly are each taking only five credits, each counts as 1/3 of an FTES. Although Zainab, Andre, and Carly are three different people, together they are taking the equivalent load of one full-time student. If Ron is taking eighteen credits, he counts for 1.2 FTES. The total quarterly number of FTES enrolled in the college is the total number of credits taken by all students in a given quarter divided by 15. For fall quarter 2018, the college served 6,604 different students but only about 4,946 FTES. State funding is based on FTES, not headcount. Headcount for a quarter is much greater than the number of FTES, since many students attend SCC part-time. The college also counts faculty in the same two ways, headcount and full-time equivalent faculty (FTEF) since many instructors teach part-time.
