This criterion is linked to a Learning Outcome Target one company you would like to work for that pertains to your goals and research it using the information you learned in this module's PowerPoint presentation. After reading the company's mission/values and reviewing the website fully and in detail, write about the company IN YOUR OWN WORDS, and REFLECT on what you've learned and how it impacts your decision to want to work for that company. Discuss why you either connect/don't connect with the company's brand and the direction the company is heading. The key here is REFLECTION on what you've researched. Information you can research about the company includes: products/services, locations, mission/values/vision statements, competitors, short term goals, organizational culture, etc. Please DO NOT copy and paste the mission and other items you researched. Rather, include them in your own words along with a clear reflection of your thoughts when researching.
