m Points 60 Submitting a text entry box or a file upload Instructions Create a 15 slide PowerPoint presentation that outlines the systems model of training. Assignments will be completed using proper APA formatting and style, correct grammar, and be free from spelling errors. You must use one additional external research source in addition to the text. You are welcome to use the Principles of Learning on page 268 of your text as an outline. Paper Format: Correctly produced APA parenthetical citations and Reference list. You must have a minimum of one external research sources in addition to the Bohlander * Snell text. Each slide must include: A heading Use bullet points (four or five per slide) Notes Content, development, and focus Assignment: This assignment focuses on training and activities that increase the skill base of employees. We have already discussed the four phases of training: needs assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation. Your company does not have a model for training. Using the four phases of training, create at least a 15-slide training model PowerPoint presentation that you will present to your upper management. You must also include notes to expand the bullets points on each slide. You must use one additional external research source in addition to the text. The Systems Model of Training on page 308 is an excellent guide.
