I WANT A WRITER THAT IS LOCATED IN THE USA basically our professor has allowed me to extend my previous research paper on why public college should be free. she wants us to use our library database to get our academic journal citations. I have gotten most of those already. I basically want someone to rewrite the paper I have to make it better, and to add too it. it needs the 3rd subpoint added- a smarter society would make us a stronger nation- need to find a academic journal to prove this point no summarizes articles she only is allowing one block quote and direct quotes of up to 2 lines per quote. counter paragraph- 2 arguments only

MY THREE POINTS ARE STEM(science, technology, engineer, and manufacturing) industry could fill more positions that are in need to be filled the cost of college is too high for the student a more educated society would make us a stronger nation.

The last one is a journal for the 1st point stem industry feel free to use it id rather have all journals for sources You will need a journal to prove the last subpoint he may of put one on this list.
