Write a six-page paper (3 pages for each mentoring function) on the following topic: Explain how mentoring functions such as career mentor support, psychosocial support, and role modeling affect the career advancement of women in executive-level positions in the workplace. Please provide examples of studies (including results) conducted within the last ten years. I’ve provided an example of what I‘m looking below: Example In 2004, Catalyst conducted a study of 705 senior-level women and 243 senior-level men in Fortune 1,000 companies (Catalyst, 2004). The men and women respondents to that survey had many things in common. They had similar goals and aspirations and used similar strategies to get ahead, but they faced very different barriers to their careers. Nearly half of the women cited gender-based stereotypes and exclusion from informal networks as barriers to advancement. In addition, 43% cited a lack of role models, 25% said they had challenges finding a mentor, and 24% reported an inhospitable corporate culture as problems they faced. Thirty percent said a behavioral style that was different from the organization norm was a barrier for them. The paper must not contain any plagiarism and have at least 10 references.   • I need clarification, you have said that the paper should be six pages. However, somewhere in the instructions it is indicated that I should write 3 pages for each mentoring function. There are three mentoring functions. Each mentoring function 3 pages, that means that it will be a total of 9 pages and yet you have stated that the paper should be 6 pages. Which is which?
