PLEASE READ ATTACHED DOCUMENTS BEFORE WRITING THE PAPER. One document outlines the Table of Contents and the information that the paper should cover, consider, and or include. The other document is a paper that includes details of the company in question. https://dcri.org/ . Minimum length is 8 pages with a maximum of 10 pages excluding tables, graphs, and appendixes. The paper must include the following: Blank Page Executive Summary Title Page (Title should be descriptive and suggest the paper’s purpose). Table of Contents List of tables (if more than 1 table in your paper) List of figures (if more than 1 figure in your paper), Contain an introduction (problem and organization background), body of paper (literature review), conclusions, and recommendations. Reference List (every citation, in the Text, must be correctly listed in the Reference List) Correct APA format. There must be 6 to 10 scholarly references.

So, the paper that you are doing now is a part of a series of papers that I have to do about this company. That is the reason that I uploaded the document for you to review. The document was for you to see what I have already said about the company and why it needs a work-life balance program. The paper that you are writing should cover how a work-life balance program can cater to Today’s Multi-Generational Workforce.

You can compare the Table of Contents in the instructions to the Table of Contents in the Paper/document that I uploaded. That way you can see the difference. The papers are closely related, because they are supposed to be a series of papers about the same Main Problem (DCRI needing a work-life balance program). However, the paper that you are writing breaks the need for the program to consider the fact that the generational (age) norms of employees have an impact on what they will need and want from a work-life balance program.

  • The "table of contents" on the 3rd page of the Instructions is the "table of contents" (Outline) that this paper is supposed to use. I left notes next to some of the subtopics in () to give you an idea of what that section should cover? I am confused as to why the document that you uploaded does not us the table of contents that I provided in the instructions.

  • I don't see the Executive Summary. Is it in a different document? "Executive Summaries are summaries and not introductions, write them last. They should have everything an executive would need to know (usually takes 1.5 pages)".
