  • Hello, My professor gave me a low grade. She said I'm missing some stuff. She is giving me an opportunity to submit what i missing. This is what she wrote to me. "I'm not sure if you looked at the sample paper or rubric which I provided. Your submission is lacking some of the essential parts of the patient's family history. While you did a very nice job of discussing crohn's disease, the assignment requirements asked for a review of systems and functional assessment that were specific to the person you interviewed. The medication reconciliation was to include a description of your patient education and patient understanding of medications. With APA formating, each section of the paper should be separated by a header that dekineates the topic which will be covered in the section. If you would like to review the sample paper and rubric and resubmit a paper that includes this missing parts, I would be willing to accept it by Wednesday 11/20
