    User_16654 | Nov 13, 2019, 09:17 AM
  • Besides the 1500 words, how many slides should i make?
    Elitetutor | Nov 13, 2019, 09:18 AM
  • depending on how many paragraphs are needed to answer one of the 3 topics, I'd say maybe 8 or something
    User_16654 | Nov 13, 2019, 09:18 AM
  • Alright...thank you so much, I will be working on it friend
    Elitetutor | Nov 13, 2019, 09:19 AM
  • Appreciate it very much, thank you
    User_16654 | Nov 13, 2019, 09:20 AM
  • Hey, I'm sorry I made a mistake on the task and what you are meant to do. The teacher explained you have to pick a company that using outsourcing like Nike, Amazon or something. And the 3 topics that were listed need to be talked about in the presentation
    User_16654 | Nov 14, 2019, 00:10 AM
  • So it is still a 10-12 minute presentation with powerpoint, but it has to be about a big company that uses outsourcing. Please read the "Task description" in the file attached, that explains what the assignment needs to focus on. Hope you understand the changes, please ask if you need clarification
    User_16654 | Nov 14, 2019, 00:12 AM
  • So unfortunate I have to start again but no problem I will do it but I would appreciate if you add a bonus
    Elitetutor | Nov 14, 2019, 00:13 AM
  • Yes I understand
    Elitetutor | Nov 14, 2019, 00:13 AM
  • Sorry about that, please let me know which company you will choose
    User_16654 | Nov 14, 2019, 00:15 AM
  • I choose General motors
    Elitetutor | Nov 14, 2019, 00:18 AM
  • Okay cool, thank you so much. If you need an extra few hours please let me know since I made the mistake of not explaining it clearly
    User_16654 | Nov 14, 2019, 00:19 AM
  • 1. Explore the role of human resources in an organisation 2. Outline the advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing in the global market 3. Examine the effects of outsourcing on relevant stakeholders .... So you have to include all three of these topics in the speech. Just to make it clear thankyou
    User_16654 | Nov 14, 2019, 00:21 AM
  • Excuse me, so am not choosing one of the topics?
    Elitetutor | Nov 14, 2019, 00:25 AM
  • Am I going to write about the to three of them?
    Elitetutor | Nov 14, 2019, 00:25 AM
  • Yeah the task is to write about General Motors (the company you have picked) and include those 3 parts in it. The Task Description section in the PDF attached should make it clear
    User_16654 | Nov 14, 2019, 00:30 AM
  • Task Description: ‘In today’s rapidly changing and highly competitive environment, the human resource function plays an increasingly important role in an organisation’s ultimate success or failure. It is vital that companies make use of outsourcing in human resources to be able to succeed.’ You are to deliver a digital multimedia presentation which critically examines the issues raised in the above statement. In completing the task, you should refer to real case examples as you: 1. Explore the role of human resources in an organisation 2. Outline the advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing in the global market 3. Examine the effects of outsourcing on relevant stakeholders
