You are a project manager for a General Contractor and your boss just assigned you the task of performing the first review of a draft contact. The Project is a $30 million dollar new Student Housing Project located just off UNF's campus. You are to review the attached A-102 Contract, A-201 General Conditions, Insurance Exhibit and prepare a summary of the changes you would make to each and why. List your suggested edits/changes in a summary/list format for each of the 3 documents, prioritizing the most significant edits. I should get from each of you a separate listing of the changes you would make and why to: The A-102 Agreement The A-201 General Conditions The Insurance Exhibit Prioritize your edits to the most significant changes. You will get points for identifying the key risk issues and suggesting the basic approach to address it.
