Create a project proposal. Your client wants to utilize technology as a great ‘equalizer’ that will enable them to compete with large law firms in Indianapolis. The client’s practice concentrates on litigation, but they anticipate serving the business community with general types of legal matters.

I have attached a file that includes all the details for this assignment (Final Project Instructions). I have also included an example of an excellent final project from a past semester in this class. The proposal should be 7-10 pages max (including a spreadsheet.) It is worth 25% of your grade so you should spend some time thinking about it and producing it. Pretend that you are a consultant and will get paid for this work. You should include common things as well as items your customer might not have thought about. Don't be as concerned about cost as productivity and data safety & security. If your imaginary 'client' pushes back on price you can always trim back the budget - but the important thing is that you articulate your standards regardless of whether your customer chooses to spend the money. Be sure to include a budget spreadsheet!

  • hello again! This is my final project for one of my classes. It is worth 25% of my grade. I would like each question to be written out and clearly answered just like the example shows. However, the whole project needs to be unique. I had another tutor working on this assignment, but all he did was replace the wording from the example. I tried working with him and explaining that it can't be like exactly like the example because the example I provided just shows how in depth it should be, not a template. But I do like how the example outline everything very well and included the question they were addressing before they addressed/answered it.

The black text is what stays, the blue text are clues that help explain what the section is for, the red text is example #1, and the green text is example #2. The red and green text are examples of how to fill in each section. You will need to come up with a unique project proposal. You will need to choose a name for the law firm that you are consulting for and for the IT company that you work for. You need to come up with different and creative ideas for everything. You don't need to follow the examples step by step or word by word. Creativity answer the questions, like in a real business proposal.
