Please review the case study: Chris Peterson at DSS Consulting. Respond to the following and produce a thorough analysis of this case: Evaluate Chris' effectiveness at creating and leading the Southwest Region team. What did she do right, and what did she fail to do? What type of communication style did Chris demonstrate? What about her leadership style? How might these styles have impacted her and her group's overall performance? What do you think about how Chris chose her team members? Was a silo mentality present? If so, how did this impact the team's ability to achieve its goals and the overall mission? Did the team work through the five stages of team development? Explain. What led to Meg's reaction to the work done by the Southwest Region team? Could Chris have done anything to change that? What did Chris' team need from individuals or others not on the team to be successful? What could Chris have done differently? The final case study analysis should be in APA format and include: Cover page with all group members' names, date, and title Detailed responses to all questions, with thorough integration of learning materials and outside resources Reference page 5-8 pages of text, not including cover page and reference page
