Business Law essay. The paper should be 3-5 pages in length. It should answer the questions and incorporate as much of the law you learned in the class as possible. You'll be graded on how well you answer the question and support the answer with what you've learned. You should not have to do any outside legal research to complete the assignment. Here is how I'll apportion the points: Did you answer the questions presented? (25 points) Did you demonstrate you understood the law? (25 points) Did you write clearly and concisely? (25 points) Did you incorporate the concepts from the module? (25 points) Here are the scenarios. Remember, you only have to pick one.

Instruction
Do some reserch and write an essay on the following: You work for a candy company called Sweet Tooth, LLC, as a manager of candy operations. One day you have a really great idea to sell candy in bulk to charities to resell for profit. You decide to start your own business called Really Sweet Tooth, LLC. You know who the charities are since you've been working there for years. You decide to start your new company on the side while still working for your employer. The first charity to call you, Good Folks, asks for 10,000 mini caramels to be wrapped in pink foil. You are so excited you send back an email saying you accept the offer but the foil needs to be blue because that's all you have. Now Good Folks says it won't pay because they didn't get what they ordered, you never stated a price and there was nothing in writing. You might go out of business if you have to eat this loss. Plus, your boss got wind of your new business and wants you to come see her at 4 p.m. on Friday. You're worried she might fire you or sue you or something. What legal issues might concern you and what should you have done differently?
