Instruction
the projects consists of three parts: case, essay and video presentation. The fourth part is optional. It is due 12/08/2019 according to the syllabus. PART I. CASE The individual case will be sent via email. Deliverables: Using a worksheet approach, compute (in Excel) consolidated balances for Dell technologies and Quantum PART II. ESSAY Analyze the corporate activity of the Corporation in equity investments, including subsidiaries and VIE, and to disclose non-controlling interest. You can use other topics, but they should related to those that were learned in the class. Instructions: Essay should be at least 8 pages long (double spaced, size 12). It includes a title page, introduction, body, conclusion, and reference list.
