  • It says to create a control chart to see if the performance is under control (falls in the expected area). So basically, for Fiscal year 2019, the denial rate was 6.8%. The goal is to drop the claim denial rate by 2% by fiscal year 20. So we have to analyze the data over a period of 12 months (basically make up numbers) to show this change. I don't know how the upper limit and lower limit stuff on control charts works.
