For your research assignment in this course, you will need to locate a pdf version of a green building case study. You will need to find a case study that is certified by one of the agencies identified in the course lectures. You will need to submit the pdf version of the case study along with your assessment. Case studies can be found online through a Google search or through the databases of certification organizations as well as many other places. If you are having trouble locating one please let me know! Once you have identified your case study you will need to analyze it using similar methods to those outlined in the case study video. Provide clear discussions, pros and cons, and be sure to relate your analysis to the course material. If something is missing from the case study, discuss how it could/should be applied or included in the project. Many of the case studies will be missing an aspect or two of the course and this is ok, as long as you identify it and provide a discussion about it. I expect a minimum of four pages to provide the depth and details necessary to discuss the course content and to provide a thorough analysis of the project. The paper itself should be APA formatted with a complete reference list, in-text citations, single-spaced with 12 point Times New Roman font.
