Identify three negative consequence (with data/stats) due to the policy?
Who is this policy benefitting? (correction officers, other inmates?) explain why..
Who is it hurting? (The one who is held in solitary confinement obviously) explain why...
Identify THREE potential ethical issues raised by the policy.
Should the policy continue? Why or why not?
If yes, why is it the best course of action for the intended goal?
If no, propose a different policy that can alternate this specific policy! (This part of the paper should be a page in length!)
