Be sure to address the following: Discuss at least three programs or activities that the agency is charged with overseeing and/or implementing, including the total appropriation. Determine if these are new programs or programs continued from previous years. Discuss how these programs are intended to serve the public. Explain why the appropriation for these programs or activities has increased, decreased, or remained the same as related to the planning process. Summarize the impact of inflation or recession on these programs. Provide specific examples where appropriate. Support your paper with a minimum of three scholarly sources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included. Length: 5-pages, not including title and reference pages
