  • The letters of recommendation is from two different supervisors that are recommending me for the FNP program. The personal statement is from me and why I'm applying for the program. I have been a RN for over a year and have worked in medical-surgical unit and currently work in subacute facility. I believe in preventive care and educating my patients to take better care of their health. For the personal statement, you can focus on prevention and education since it's mostly outpatient care rather than acute care.
