Identify the competency area for which you feel least prepared but would like to strengthen, and then write a 2–3-page paper that: 1. Clearly identifies the competency area(s) you wish to strengthen (you are permitted to identify more than 1). 2. Generates a plan for improving in the area identified. 3. Identifies at least 3 reputable resources (e.g. books, articles, time in the classroom, mentor, etc.) that will assist you in your effort to improve in the area identified. 4. Denotes at least 3 search topics that will prove to be useful for finding relevant, reputable, and useful resources for review that pertain to the area identified as needing improvement. 5. Identifies at least 1 biblical reference that aligns directly to the plan for bolstering the content competency (competencies) identified.
