Who’s the audience?
What’s the purpose of the communication?
How does the rhetor use resources/avoids constraints to accomplish that purpose?
Do you agree that the example demonstrates effective communication as per discussion in the previous class and readings from the textbook? Why or why not?

The attached video on how instant coffee is made is an example of effective communication. I came across the video on YouTube, as I am an avid watcher of the platform's videos. The video uses statistics, visuals, and voice overs of every step in the manufacturing process of instant coffee. The video was extremely informative and entertaining, while also allowing the viewer to understand the importance and reasoning behind some of the steps in the process. The video makes use of real visuals from manufacturing plants, which allows the viewer to get an accurate feel for what the coffee beans and plant workers encounter on a daily basis. This clip does a great job communicating the chronological order of the steps to make instant coffee, and it leaves the viewer more informed than before they watched the video. The creator of the video strategically uses simple words to describe processes, as he or she understands that their audience is not familiar with the content in the video. The video is short, explanatory, and effectively communicated the main message..."How Instant Coffee is Made."
