Discussion: Performance Management Rewards and Motivation Every organization must be concerned with developing human capital – and for good reason! Developing human capital helps to ensure that your workforce is effective and efficient, ultimately improving your company’s overall performance and thriving as productive individuals. However, ask yourself this question first: What issues and strategies are involved when developing human capital? What are the specific outcomes you are seeking?
