Instruction
Context diagrams provide an illustration of the proposed solution and the interactions between the solution and different parts of the business. The context diagram found in Appendix A identifies the solution, the direction of data and information from input, process, and output, and the way in which user can access this information. Each entity and person will have a part in its overall workflow. The external entities involved, and data flow are clearly identified in the diagram to explain why this system will work for Trusty Carpets. For example, if the client is new, this will trigger a new account with the accounting staff. If the client already exists in the system, this will update the client information profile; in either case, inventory will be updated accordingly.
