SWOT Analysis - Strengths and Weaknesses Internally - Opportunities and Threats Externally c. Specific Environment - Porters Five Forces use each area to show it is important to your analysis. - Concentrate on industry competitors. d. General Environment - Some of the five will have greater importance in some papers, but demographics is an area to explore in all papers. e. Discussion - Give me your thoughts on the strategies being used and areas for change or improvement. f. Conclusion - What do you think about the future for the organization? g. For McDonald's, add the value chain and functional strategies. Length = 7 pages, double-spaced for SWA; longer for others. The paper can be longer, but not more than 15 pages.
